L’Ajuntament de Calp posa en marxa una nova edici\u00f3 del Pla d’Ocupaci\u00f3 Local, dotat amb 286.279 euros, amb l’objectiu de fomentar la inserci\u00f3 laboral de persones amb especials dificultats d’acc\u00e9s al mercat de treball.<\/p>\n\n

\tAquesta convocat\u00f2ria contempla la contractaci\u00f3 temporal de persones inscrites en el Servei P\u00fablic d’Ocupaci\u00f3 per a la realitzaci\u00f3 de diferents tasques vinculades a serveis municipals, com a suport en obres, control d’aforaments i instal\u00b7lacions, neteja, aix\u00ed com reparaci\u00f3 i manteniment d’edificis p\u00fablics, entre altres funcions. \n \n<\/p>\n\n

El proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3 es dur\u00e0 a terme mitjan\u00e7ant el sistema de concurs de m\u00e8rits. En total, s’ofereixen 19 llocs de treball distribu\u00efts de la manera seg\u00fcent: 3 conserges de centres educatius, 3 conserges d’instal\u00b7lacions esportives, 10 operaris de neteja i 3 vigilants ambientals.<\/p>\n\n

Per a participar en el proc\u00e9s, les persones aspirants hauran d’estar inscrites en el Servei P\u00fablic d’Ocupaci\u00f3 amb una antiguitat m\u00ednima de sis mesos ininterromputs, estar empadronades a Calp a data 1 de gener de 2026 i haver complert els 16 anys.<\/p>\n\n

Donat el car\u00e0cter social d’aquest pla, orientat a la creaci\u00f3 d’ocupaci\u00f3 i a millorar l’ocupabilitat de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables, les bases prioritzaran criteris socials com ser beneficiari d’ajudes de Serveis Socials, pert\u00e0nyer a una fam\u00edlia nombrosa o trobar-se en situaci\u00f3 de desocupaci\u00f3, entre altres.<\/p>\n\n
