{"id":83189,"date":"2025-12-03T22:02:48","date_gmt":"2025-12-03T21:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canfali.com\/millores-laborals-en-el-nou-conveni-de-lescoleta-de-pedreguer\/"},"modified":"2025-12-03T22:06:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T21:06:07","slug":"millores-laborals-en-el-nou-conveni-de-lescoleta-de-pedreguer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canfali.com\/ca-es\/millores-laborals-en-el-nou-conveni-de-lescoleta-de-pedreguer\/","title":{"rendered":"Millores laborals en el nou conveni de l\u2019escoleta de Pedreguer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L&#8217;Escola Infantil Municipal de Pedreguer \u201cLa Glorieta\u201d ha aprovat un nou conveni col\u00b7lectiu que regula les condicions laborals del seu personal, resultat de mesos de negociacions entre les representants de les treballadores, els sindicats i l\u2019Ajuntament. Aquest acord actualitza l\u2019antic conveni, obsolet despr\u00e9s de molts anys, i suposa una millora significativa en drets i retribucions.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>La Mesa de Negociaci\u00f3 de l\u2019organisme aut\u00f2nom, constitu\u00efda a la Sala de Plens de l\u2019Ajuntament, va incloure representants sindicals d\u2019UGT, educadores de l\u2019escoleta, la Regidora d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i un representant de cada grup pol\u00edtic municipal, presidida per l\u2019Alcalde.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>\tDes d\u2019UGT-SP-PV a la comarca de L\u2019Alacant\u00ed-La Marina han valorat molt positivament la signatura del conveni: \u201cDespr\u00e9s de molts anys amb un text caduc, aquest acord suposa un avan\u00e7 substancial en drets, una millora retributiva significativa i estableix un marc normatiu actualitzat que respon a la realitat del centre i a les necessitats del seu personal. Volem destacar la bona fe, la predisposici\u00f3 i la sensibilitat mostrada durant tota la negociaci\u00f3 tant per la Regidora de l\u2019\u00e0rea com per l\u2019Alcalde-President, fet que ha facilitat un proc\u00e9s seri\u00f3s i constructiu\u201d.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>\tDes de l\u2019Ajuntament de Pedreguer tamb\u00e9 han destacat la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019acord. \u201cReafirmem el nostre comprom\u00eds amb la millora cont\u00ednua de les condicions laborals en l\u2019\u00e0mbit municipal; despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver aprovat la Relaci\u00f3 de Llocs de Treball de tot el personal municipal, era de just\u00edcia equiparar d\u2019alguna manera les condicions de les treballadores de l\u2019Escoleta\u201d.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>\tAquest nou conveni refor\u00e7a la qualitat del servei p\u00fablic de l\u2019Escola Infantil Municipal i reconeix el treball del seu equip, garantint un entorn laboral m\u00e9s just i actualitzat.<br\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Escola Infantil Municipal de Pedreguer \u201cLa Glorieta\u201d ha aprovat un nou conveni col\u00b7lectiu que regula les condicions laborals&hellip;","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":83186,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"csco_display_header_overlay":false,"csco_singular_sidebar":"","csco_page_header_type":"","csco_page_load_nextpost":"","csco_post_video_location":[],"csco_post_video_location_hash":"","csco_post_video_url":"","csco_post_video_bg_start_time":0,"csco_post_video_bg_end_time":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[759,614],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-83189","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-educacio","8":"category-municipal-ca-es","9":"cs-entry","10":"cs-video-wrap"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.6 (Yoast SEO v27.3) -
