La 22.\u00aa edici\u00f3n del certamen se celebrar\u00e1 entre los d\u00edas 29 y 31 de este mes. Es una oportunidad para reforzar el posicionamiento de D\u00e9nia como Ciudad Creativa de la Gastronom\u00eda y visibilizar la gastronom\u00eda dianense y sus productos a trav\u00e9s de los talleres, demostraciones y degustaciones gastron\u00f3micas que se ofrecer\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Turismo D\u00e9nia, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de AEHTMA, ha confiado en los chefs del restaurante Venta de Posa &amp; El Carreter. Federico Guajardo, acompa\u00f1ado de los cocineros Darwin Allauca y Santiago Logacho, elaborar\u00e1 tres propuestas gastron\u00f3micas que podr\u00e1n ser degustadas por los visitantes del estand de D\u00e9nia durante la Ruta de la Tapa que organiza Saborea en el congreso, as\u00ed como el resto de d\u00edas del certamen. Los representantes de D\u00e9nia preparar\u00e1n tosta rega\u00f1ada con esponja de tomate, gel de lechuga con pulpo seco y capell\u00e1n; Sostenibilidad de la gamba roja de D\u00e9nia y la tapa Horchata palomita de ma\u00edz y foie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Adem\u00e1s, el lunes 29 Federico Guajardo elaborar\u00e1 el postre Perfecto de Turr\u00f3n con helado de almendra y toques de lim\u00f3n, que se degustar\u00e1 en un men\u00fa gastron\u00f3mico elaborado conjuntamente por todos los destinos Saborea para prescriptores del \u00e1mbito gastron\u00f3mico invitados al evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Asimismo, los cocineros impartir\u00e1n talleres experienciales de tapas para grupos de diez personas en el Aula Gastron\u00f3mica del espacio Saborea Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Por su parte, bodega Les Freses de Jes\u00fas Pobre, al igual que a\u00f1os anteriores, participar\u00e1 con sus vinos en el estand de D\u00e9nia y ofrecer\u00e1 el taller\/cata \u201cVariedad reina de blancos: Moscatell\u201d, impartido por \u00c1ngela Sendra los d\u00edas 29 y 30 en el Aula del vino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; El d\u00eda 30 tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 presente en Madrid Fusi\u00f3n Carlos Garc\u00eda Moreno, chef y manager del restaurante Dexcaro &amp; Ossadia de D\u00e9nia, que realizar\u00e1 la presentaci\u00f3n \u2018Mar con tradici\u00f3n y vanguardia en D\u00e9nia\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; El estand de D\u00e9nia aglutinar\u00e1 asimismo la oferta de productos gastron\u00f3micos de la zona y contar\u00e1 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de empresas del sector como Cidoncha, con sus cocas, y Melicatesen, que expondr\u00e1 productos de la Marina Alta como mermeladas y mieles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; El alcalde y concejal de Turismo, Vicent Grimalt, asistir\u00e1 a este evento gastron\u00f3mico internacional y estar\u00e1 presente en diferentes actos institucionales que tendr\u00e1n lugar durante el certamen. La delegaci\u00f3n de D\u00e9nia se completar\u00e1 con personal t\u00e9cnico de Turismo D\u00e9nia y la gerente de AEHTMA, Reme Cerd\u00e1, que atender\u00e1n el estand del destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FITUR 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Unos d\u00edas antes, Turismo D\u00e9nia iniciar\u00e1 su plan de promoci\u00f3n 2024 participando en la Feria Internacional de Turismo FITUR de Madrid, punto de encuentro de profesionales del sector y evento de promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica de primer orden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El alcalde y concejal de Turismo, Vicent Grimalt, acompa\u00f1ado por personal t\u00e9cnico del departamento, cubrir\u00e1 una intensa agenda de trabajo durante los d\u00edas dedicados a profesionales, previos a la apertura de la feria al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Por un lado, est\u00e1 prevista la presentaci\u00f3n de un proyecto pionero, un \u201cgemelo digital\u201d para D\u00e9nia (24 de enero, 16 horas, estand de la Comunitat Valenciana). Este proyecto piloto ha sido desarrollado por D\u00e9nia, como Destino Tur\u00edstico Inteligente, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto Valenciano de Tecnolog\u00edas Tur\u00edsticas y la empresa Esri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Grimalt asistir\u00e1 a la entrega de los premios SICTED que otorgan la Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Turismo y la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Municipios y Provincias. A D\u00e9nia le corresponde el 3\u00ba premio otorgado a D\u00e9nia en la categor\u00eda \u201cMejor destino SICTED\u201d que reconoce \u201cel compromiso del ente gestor en favor de la competitividad de los servicios tur\u00edsticos\u201d.
