L\u2019Estudi de Mobles de Cuina HOGARGUTI va acollir un destacat showcooking culinari protagonitzat pel xef Felipe Velasco, del Restaurant Caval. Durant la demostraci\u00f3, el xef va elaborar un men\u00fa d\u2019alt nivell compost per albergina rostida a la flama amb pralin\u00e9 de festucs, mel i formatge de cabra caramel\u00b7litzat; un cebiche de llobarro, i com a plat principal, una broqueta de secret ib\u00e8ric brasejat amb pinya rostida. El toc dol\u00e7 final el va posar una cheesecake amb fruits rojos.<\/p>\n\n
