Cuiners de cinc ciutats creatives de la gastronomia se sumaran a ell per a celebrar el 10\u00e9 aniversari de D\u00e9nia Ciutat Creativa de la Gastronomia per la UNESCO. La seua participaci\u00f3, amb demostracions i tallers que ens aproparan a altres racons del m\u00f3n, est\u00e0 programada per al dissabte 27. Des de les 12 del migdia fins a les 19 hores, sabors, colors i aromes de la cuina de Zahl\u00e9 (L\u00edban), Parma (It\u00e0lia), M\u00e9rida (M\u00e8xic), Nkongsamba (Camer\u00fa) i Trusuoka (Jap\u00f3) es passejaran per un escenari d\u2019artistes que treballen productes de la mar i de la terra.<br\/><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La participaci\u00f3 de les ciutats creatives contempla l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de plats dol\u00e7os i salats que s\u00f3n, en tots els casos, reflex d\u2019una cultura i una manera d\u2019entendre la cuina diferent. Verdures, peix, pasta fresca, fulles de pl\u00e0tan, bulgur, soja, tamals i el conegut parmigiano reggiano figuraran com a ingredients d\u2019elaboracions que ens traslladaran per uns moments al cor del Yucat\u00e1n, la terra f\u00e8rtil de l\u2019Orient Mitj\u00e0, l\u2019\u00c0frica Central, les muntanyes sagrades del Jap\u00f3 o el reconegut Food Valley itali\u00e0. <br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quatre de les cinc ciutats creatives de la gastronomia convidades oferiran un showcooking, mentre que totes elles participaran en els tallers del festival.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/MELHEM_Zahle-683x1024.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76585\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Melhem Ibrahim Frahia.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El primer en actuar (12 h.) en l\u2019Escenari de les Ciutats Creatives ser\u00e0 Melhem Ibrahim Fraiha, de Zahl\u00e9, que elaborar\u00e0 un plat t\u00edpic de la cuina libanesa, el kibbeh. Com a curiositat, i a difer\u00e8ncia del que \u00e9s habitual, utilitzar\u00e0 peix en lloc de carn.  En el taller que oferir\u00e0 poc despr\u00e9s en l\u2019Espai Cuina (15.45 h.), preparar\u00e0 tamb\u00e9 esta mena de croquetes tradicionals. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"682\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FRANCESCO-DALLARGINE-Parma.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76593\" style=\"width:688px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FRANCESCO-DALLARGINE-Parma.jpg 682w, https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/FRANCESCO-DALLARGINE-Parma-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 682px) 100vw, 682px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Franceco y Vitoira Dall&#8217;Argine.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En representaci\u00f3 de Parma, Chiara Massino i Giuseppe Mazzocca seran els segons en pujar a l\u2019escenari (13 h.). Faran una demostraci\u00f3 del caseus, un postre que parla de tradici\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019art i en el qual no falta el formatge. La representaci\u00f3 italiana es completar\u00e0 amb el taller de Francesdo Dall\u2019Argine (14.30 h.), tamb\u00e9 a l\u2019Espai Cuina, que preparar\u00e0 una recepta a base de pasta fresca: tortelli di erbetta.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els noms dels plats que ha triat el xef Wilson Alonzo ens donen una idea de la personalitat de la suea cuina. Per al showcooking (14 h.) ha escollit el tocbiwa (tamal de fulla d\u2019elote), mentre que en el taller que dirigir\u00e0 en l\u2019Espai Aqualia preparar\u00e0 sikilpak, tikinxic i chanchan, (15.45 h.), exemple de la tradici\u00f3 maia.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Tsuruoka_Hiroshi-Matsumoto-1-1024x768.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76589\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Hiroshi Matsumoto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cuina japonesa aterrar\u00e0 en el festival de la m\u00e0 del cuiner Hiroshi Matsumoto (15 h.), que elaborar\u00e0 verdures Tsuruoka en un Shonai sashiko. Ha denominat el plat Food in form, memory in color i amb ell recull l\u2019esperit d\u2019una t\u00e8cnica de brodat de la regi\u00f3 de Shonai. Hideyuki Kimura, tamb\u00e9 de Tsuruoka, preparar\u00e0 en el seu taller de l\u2019Espai Aqualia (18.15 h.) Dadacha-mame tempura with zaru soba, amb protagonisme per a l\u2019apreciada varietat local d\u2019edamame.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Tsuruoka_Hideyuki-Kimura-1024x759.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76591\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Hideyuki Kimura<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9 per la vesprada, en este cas en l\u2019Espai Cuina, Marie Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Guimatsa elaborar\u00e0 un plat de la cuina local de Nkongsamba en el seu taller (17 h.). Es tracta de foufou and njapche, un exemple de la cuina tradicional camerunesa que inclou peix sec i verdures locals.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/canfali.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Nkongsamba-1-771x1024.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76597\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Marie Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Guimatsa <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9nia i Eivissa pugen a l\u2019escenari<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per l\u2019Escenari de les Ciutats Creatives passaran altres dos grans cuiners. Liv\u00e1n Vald\u00e9s (16 h.) ho far\u00e0 com a representant de la ciutat que ha estat convidada enguany pel festival, Eivissa. Per al xef executiu del restaurant El Corsario, la cuina \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que una professi\u00f3: un llenguatge per a contar hist\u00f2ries i transmetre emocions. Poc despr\u00e9s (17 h.) oferir\u00e0 el seu showcooking Carlos G. Moreno, del restaurant Dexcaro &amp; Ossad\u00eda, de D\u00e9nia, un cuiner a qui li agrada sorprendre la gent amb la seua cuina i generar nous impactes i experi\u00e8ncies.
