Per aix&ograve;, &eacute;s m&eacute;s habitual que descurem la nostra dieta di&agrave;ria i abusem d&#39;aliments preparats. El problema, segons explica Marina Escudero, nutricionista i infermera del grup sanitari Ribera en el Centre de Salut Integrat de D&eacute;nia II, en el Departament de Salut D&eacute;nia, &eacute;s que la majoria del menjar r&agrave;pid, precuinada, companatges, embotits, escabetx, adobats, preparats alimentaris com a fideus instantanis, pizzes, s&agrave;ndwitxos o wraps, aix&iacute; com el pa sec, els snacks, la sopa en pols o els formatges ultraprocesados tenen molta m&eacute;s sal de la recomanada. &ldquo;Tot aliment amb m&eacute;s de 1,25 grams de sal per cada 100 grams o mil&middot;lilitres de producte &eacute;s alt en sal i hem d&#39;evitar-ho&rdquo;, assegura.<\/p>\n<p>L&#39;Organitzaci&oacute; Mundial de la Salut (OMS) recomana per a la poblaci&oacute; adulta en general amb una vida sana i sense esfor&ccedil;os prolongats, el consum mitj&agrave; de 5 g de sal al dia, la qual cosa equival a una cucharadita de sal plena (grand&agrave;ria cucharita de caf&eacute;) o a 2 g de sodi al dia. Encara que si b&eacute; Marina Escudero matisa que el sodi, &ldquo;necessari per al correcte funcionament del nostre organisme, ja &eacute;s present de manera natural en els aliments&rdquo;. Per tant, assegura, &ldquo;tota la sal que afegim, b&eacute; siga la de taula o la que porten els aliments processats, &eacute;s innecess&agrave;ria&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>La ingesta de sal i sodi a Espanya supera amb escreix les recomanacions saludables, tal com mostra l&#39;Ag&egrave;ncia Espanyola de Seguretat Aliment&agrave;ria i Nutrici&oacute; (AESAN), que assegura que s&#39;ingereixen 9,7 g de sal al dia. De fet, tamb&eacute; l&#39;OMS recorda que l&#39;alt consum de sodi &eacute;s la causa de m&eacute;s de tres milions de morts a l&#39;any en el m&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>Per a evitar caure en la improvisaci&oacute; i els menjars r&agrave;pids i els ultraprocesados, els nutricionistes del grup sanitari Ribera recomanen comprar aliments frescos i, sobretot, planificar els menjars per a aprofitar al m&agrave;xim el temps d&#39;oci i les vacances amb la fam&iacute;lia i els amics. &ldquo;L&#39;ideal &eacute;s portar-nos plats saludables i preparar snacks sans, per a evitar l&#39;exc&eacute;s de sal&rdquo;, assegura Marina Escudero, i proposa com a aperitius saludables, saborosos i f&agrave;cils hummus amb carlota o cogombre, fruita seca natural o torrada sense sal, tramussos, adobats ben esbandits, ensalades, verdura a la planxa o crua en forma d&#39;estics, el tzatziki (un plat turc a base de iogurt, cogombre, aigua i all), formatge fresc, fruita, batuts de fruita amb llet, gaspatxos i cremes fredes de verdures.<\/p>\n<p>A m&eacute;s, recorda la import&agrave;ncia d&#39;una correcta hidrataci&oacute;, no sols a base d&#39;aigua sin&oacute; tamb&eacute; d&#39;aliments rics en aigua, per&ograve; no de sal. &ldquo;Encara que a l&#39;estiu tinguem unes majors p&egrave;rdues d&#39;aigua i electr&ograve;lits, no es recomana un augment de l&#39;aportaci&oacute; de sal en aquesta estaci&oacute;, si no que s&#39;incremente l&#39;aportaci&oacute; d&#39;aigua i aliments rics en ella&rdquo;, assegura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"&nbsp; L&#39;estiu &eacute;s l&#39;estaci&oacute; de l&#39;any en la qual solem tindre m&eacute;s temps lliure, oci i contacte social.&hellip;","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4082,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"csco_display_header_overlay":false,"csco_singular_sidebar":"","csco_page_header_type":"","csco_page_load_nextpost":"","csco_post_video_location":[],"csco_post_video_location_hash":"","csco_post_video_url":"","csco_post_video_bg_start_time":0,"csco_post_video_bg_end_time":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-4629","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-salud","8":"cs-entry","9":"cs-video-wrap"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.6 (Yoast SEO v27.3) -
