{"id":4597,"date":"2022-05-12T11:20:53","date_gmt":"2022-05-12T09:20:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canfali.com\/un-breve-apunte-ms-sobre-oga\/"},"modified":"2022-05-12T11:20:53","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T09:20:53","slug":"un-breve-apunte-ms-sobre-oga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canfali.com\/ca-es\/un-breve-apunte-ms-sobre-oga\/","title":{"rendered":"Un breu apunt m\u00e9s sobre Ioga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Per Ilde Leyda (professor de Ioga)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;La pr&agrave;ctica de ioga es dissenya segons les necessitats i els desitjos de cada alumne\/a&quot; (TKV Desikachar)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el present gaireb&eacute; tothom, d&#39;una manera o d&#39;una altra, ha sentit la paraula <strong><em>ioga<\/em><\/strong> i coneix a alg&uacute; que va o ha anat o vol apuntar-se a classes de ioga o ell o ella mateixa n&#39;ha practicat en alguna ocasi&oacute; o, encara que siga, ha vist, ac&iacute; o all&agrave;, alguna imatge d&#39;alguna pr&agrave;ctica de ioga. Aix&iacute; com no ens resulta ja gens estrany tampoc trobar-nos pel carrer persones amb una colorida estoreta enrotllada de cam&iacute; o de tornada de la seua sessi&oacute; de ioga. Per&ograve; no fa tants anys aix&ograve; no era encara aix&iacute;&#8230; Ara vivim una esp&egrave;cie de moda del ioga com de tantes altres coses que v&eacute;nen i bastant r&agrave;pidament se&#39;n van.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Per&ograve;, qu&egrave; &eacute;s en realitat tot aquest assumpte del ioga? D&#39;on ha eixit? Per a qu&egrave; el practica tota aquesta gent?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Origen del Ioga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El ioga &eacute;s un saber, un m&egrave;tode ancestral de cura i de millora personals a tots els nivells. El ioga prov&eacute; de l&#39;&Iacute;ndia i fins a les acaballes del segle XIX no va aplegar a Occident; en aquest sentit, sempre es recorda com una fita destacada la pres&egrave;ncia del gran iogui Vivekananda als Estats Units a partir de 1893.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hi ha especialistes en la mat&egrave;ria que afirmen que el ioga t&eacute; uns 5.000, 6.000, incl&uacute;s 7.000 anys d&#39;antiguitat, per&ograve; la realitat &eacute;s que no podem saber-ho amb total certesa, ja que no ens han quedat documents ni massa proves concretes d&#39;eixes &egrave;poques tan llunyanes a la nostra. Conservem, aix&ograve; s&iacute;, restes arqueol&ograve;giques de fa uns 3.500 o 4.000 anys, com les de Mohenjo-Daro i Harappa (a l&#39;actual Pakistan), on es veuen figures humanes aparentment sentades en la cl&agrave;ssica postura de la meditaci&oacute;. No obstant aix&ograve;, resulta plausible, per als que ens dediquem al ioga seriosament, que molts dels aspectes b&agrave;sics i essencials com els exercicis respiratoris (pr&acirc;n&acirc;y&acirc;ma) i la meditaci&oacute; (dhy&acirc;na) tinguen tants mil&middot;lennis ja com la pr&ograve;pia humanitat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Per&ograve; anem per parts:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;Si el m&egrave;tode est&agrave; ben adaptat a la persona, li permet canviar i comprendre l&#39;origen del seu malestar i els canvis favorables que la duen a la consecuci&oacute;&quot; (Cristina S&aacute;enz de Ynestrillas)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>&Acirc;sana: ra&oacute; de ser de les pr&agrave;ctiques f&iacute;siques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el ioga no n&#39;hi ha res semblant a la competici&oacute;, tan pr&ograve;pia dels esports. La finalitat principal de les &acirc;sanes del ioga &eacute;s tractar de mantenir el cos hum&agrave; el m&eacute;s sa i tonificat possible, f&iacute;sica i mentalment, durant el major nombre d&#39;anys, sense oblidar, per suposat, que influir&agrave; tamb&eacute; el que cada persona compta amb una gen&egrave;tica i amb un tarann&agrave; diferents, amb un estil de vida personal que va desgastant-nos m&eacute;s o menys r&agrave;pida o lentament; i sense oblidar en cap moment tampoc, clar, un llarg munt de factors que fan de cada &eacute;sser hum&agrave; un cas &uacute;nic al que s&#39;ha d&#39;adaptar adequada, intel&middot;ligentment, el ioga per a que fa&ccedil;a l&#39;efecte desitjat. En paraules de Tirumalai Krishnam&acirc;ch&acirc;rya, el professor que m&eacute;s ha influ&iuml;t en el ioga actual arreu del m&oacute;n: &quot;El ioga ha d&#39;adaptar-se a cada persona i no la persona al ioga&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &quot;La pr&agrave;ctica d&#39;&acirc;sana ajudar&agrave; al practicant a suportar, i incl&uacute;s minimitzar, l&#39;efecte de les influ&egrave;ncies exteriors sobre el cos: l&#39;edat, el clima, l&#39;alimentaci&oacute; i el treball&quot;, segons va establir, fa al voltant de 2.000 anys, el gran savi Pata&ntilde;jali.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr&acirc;n&acirc;y&acirc;ma: els exercicis respiratoris<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els ioguis de l&#39;&Iacute;ndia es van adonar fa mil&middot;lennis que els ritmes respiratoris es troben directament lligats a l&#39;estat de la ment: l&#39;estat de la nostra ment influeix en els ritmes de la respiraci&oacute; i, viceversa, els ritmes de la respiraci&oacute; influeixen en el nostre estat mental. Van comprovar que si una persona apr&eacute;n a regular els seus ritmes respiratoris adequadament, tamb&eacute; podr&agrave; regular el funcionament de la seua ment i del seu sistema nervi&oacute;s i podr&agrave; influir clarament en la seua lucidesa i en el seu benestar general. Psicologia cent per cent pr&agrave;ctica, directa, per&ograve; no nom&eacute;s psicologia&#8230; I la ci&egrave;ncia occidental, amb el temps, despr&eacute;s de molt d&#39;escepticisme, ha anat corroborant tot aix&ograve; emp&iacute;ricament amb estudis al respecte de les m&eacute;s prestigioses universitats tant europees com nord-americanes. En la darrera d&egrave;cada la neuroci&egrave;ncia occidental ve ja reconeixent la import&agrave;ncia que t&eacute; com respirem per al nostre benestar, per a la nostra cognici&oacute;, per a les emocions i per al conjunt de la din&agrave;mica cerebral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pata&ntilde;jali: &quot;El pr&acirc;n&acirc;y&acirc;ma compr&eacute;n la regulaci&oacute; de l&#39;espiraci&oacute;, de la inspiraci&oacute; i de la suspensi&oacute; de la respiraci&oacute;. La regulaci&oacute; d&#39;aquestes tres fases es realitza modulant la seua durada i mantenint aquesta modulaci&oacute; durant un cert temps. La ment s&#39;ha de centrar en aquest proc&eacute;s&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La ment humana: la meditaci&oacute; (dhy&acirc;na)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;La meditaci&oacute; &eacute;s un estat natural de la ment quan alguna cosa ens interessa. En el ioga desenvolupem eixe estat a consci&egrave;ncia&quot; (Martyn Neal)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La ment humana t&eacute; una clara tend&egrave;ncia a la distracci&oacute; i a la dispersi&oacute;, a marxar de manera nerviosa i\/o embotada, condicionada, capriciosa o incl&uacute;s atrotinada, segons el cas de cada persona i segons l&#39;hora del dia, el nivell d&#39;estr&eacute;s i segons moltes altres circumst&agrave;ncies tant internes com externes. Els ioguis afirmen que, en realitat, no som nosaltres els que dirigim la nostra ment, sin&ograve; que, ben al contrari, &eacute;s ella la que, de forma m&eacute;s o menys capriciosa i err&agrave;tica, va conduint-nos ara cap ac&iacute; ara cap all&agrave;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Per aix&ograve;, el ioga tracta d&#39;anar aconseguint gradualment una major calma i concentraci&oacute; mentals. La ment nerviosa i\/o embotada perd una enorme part del seu enorme potencial sense trellat, sense centrar-se amb qualitat pr&agrave;cticament en res i en molts casos acaba tornant-se una aut&egrave;ntica c&agrave;rrega que destorba, i de vegades incl&uacute;s ofega, en lloc d&#39;ajudar a la persona. En canvi, quan la ment es troba tranquil&middot;la i ben concentrada disposa de molta m&eacute;s energia i lucidesa, de molta m&eacute;s claredat, i, en eixes condicions, la persona sent un gran benestar i es sent ama de si mateixa<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &Eacute;s ben cert que els ritmes tecnol&ograve;gicament neur&ograve;tics de les globalitzades societats en qu&egrave; nosaltres vivim agreugen aquesta tend&egrave;ncia natural de la ment humana. Per&ograve; &eacute;s igualment veritat que les tan exactes i contrastades t&egrave;cniques del ioga segueixen funcionant i estant totalment vigents hui. Estan tan vigents avui com fa 6.000, 7.000 o m&eacute;s anys encara.
