Per a aix&ograve; &eacute;s indispensable crear una marca global que, a difer&egrave;ncia del que ocorre ara, done una imatge conjunta del comer&ccedil; local. Es necessita tamb&eacute; d&#39;una adaptaci&oacute; als nous temps, fer l&#39;oferta m&eacute;s visible i accessible, adaptar-se a les noves tecnologies i a les necessitats del consumidor -que han canviat molt en els &uacute;ltims anys- i crear itineraris tur&iacute;stics i comercials que estiguen vinculats tamb&eacute; a la cultura. S&oacute;n algunes de les conclusions del Pla Estrat&egrave;gic de Comer&ccedil;, que ha sigut presentat aquesta setmana i que no deixa dubtes sobre la conveni&egrave;ncia de convertir en zona de vianants el carrer Marqu&eacute;s de Campo: &ldquo;no hi ha debat t&egrave;cnic&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>L&#39;estudi destaca la dist&agrave;ncia que separa D&eacute;nia de les grans ciutats per a posicionar-se com a dest&iacute; comercial. Troba a faltar una major col&middot;laboraci&oacute; p&uacute;blic privada a trav&eacute;s del Consell de Comer&ccedil;. Aquest &ldquo;ha de ser m&eacute;s t&egrave;cnic que pol&iacute;tic&rdquo;, segons va comentar ahir Manuel Mart&iacute;nez, t&egrave;cnic d&#39;Auren, l&#39;empresa que ha fet el treball de camp i ha redactat el Pla Estrat&egrave;gic. Subratlla l&#39;alt nivell d&#39;associacionisme, per&ograve; tamb&eacute; la seua fragmentaci&oacute;, la qual cosa comporta el llan&ccedil;ament de campanyes i missatges diferents que van en contra d&#39;aqueixa imatge global que es pret&eacute;n refor&ccedil;ar per a fer de D&eacute;nia una ciutat referent del comer&ccedil;. Pugna a m&eacute;s per adaptar les empreses a la transformaci&oacute; digital, una necessitat que s&#39;ha vist accelerada per la pand&egrave;mia. Amb aix&ograve; es milloraria la competitivitat empresarial, que precisaria tamb&eacute; de formaci&oacute;, canvi generacional i la implantaci&oacute; de serveis addicionals.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla Estrat&egrave;gic veu importants les eines de fidelitzaci&oacute;, com les cartilles, bons o descomptes en els aparcaments, per&ograve; ent&eacute;n que &eacute;s igualment necessari que se&#39;ls de la suficient difusi&oacute;, com ocorre ara. Per a aix&ograve; &eacute;s imprescindible una implicaci&oacute; major de l&#39;empresariat en aquestes estrat&egrave;gies i l&#39;elaboraci&oacute; d&#39;una planificaci&oacute; anual.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La millora de la imatge dels locals i les fa&ccedil;anes, els accessos, la gesti&oacute; del tr&agrave;nsit s&oacute;n altres q&uuml;estions a tindre en compte, aix&iacute; com la instal&middot;laci&oacute; d&#39;una senyal&iacute;stica intel&middot;ligent amb directoris que permeten con&eacute;ixer una oferta global, establiments adherits a bonificacions i campanyes, places de p&agrave;rquing disponibles, etc. Sobre l&#39;aparcament, aconsella l&#39;ampliaci&oacute; de la rotaci&oacute; de places i proposa aprofitar la conversi&oacute; en zona de vianants de Marqu&eacute;s de Campo per a fer del carrer un motor cultural que contribu&iuml;sca a fer m&eacute;s atractiu el seu comer&ccedil;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobre aquest tema, l&#39;alcalde ha assenyalat que la conversi&oacute; en zona de vianants no &eacute;s un capritx sin&oacute; &ldquo;una decisi&oacute; que es pren pel b&eacute; de tots&rdquo;. Vicent Grimalt recorda que ve avalada pel Pla Estrat&egrave;gic de Comer&ccedil; actual i per l&#39;anterior i tamb&eacute; pel Pla de Mobilitat, i que el pla sectorial de la Comunitat Valenciana apel&middot;la a guanyar espai per als vianants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MODERN, INNOVADOR I ADAPTAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grimalt ha subratllat que el comer&ccedil; local no travessa moments dif&iacute;cils solo a D&eacute;nia i que fa ja temps que precisa d&#39;accions concretes per a revitalitzar-ho. El Pla Estrat&egrave;gic pret&eacute;n ser un dels pilars b&agrave;siques per a fer front a aqueixa dif&iacute;cil situaci&oacute; &ldquo;i una s&ograve;lida i efectiva eina per a encarar el futur&rdquo;.
