A Bocairent, la seua ciutat natal, va treballar en l&#39;empresa familiar dedicada al t&egrave;xtil fins que en 2003 es va traslladar a D&eacute;nia. S&#39;ha convertit en un expert en els recursos culturals de la Marina Alta. Actualment, tamb&eacute; &eacute;s el gerent de la Ruta dels Riuraus. I una altra dada que pocs saben: &eacute;s autor d&#39;un joc de taula denominat Trinlig&uuml;is.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREGUNTA: Acaba de tornar de Fitur, quin sentit t&eacute; esta fira en el m&oacute;n actual dominat per internet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RESPOSTA: Tot all&ograve; digital est&agrave; molt b&eacute;, per&ograve; que no es perda el contacte hum&agrave;. De fet, &eacute;s una bona oportunitat per a retrobar-te amb gent del m&oacute;n del turisme. Per exemple, en la Ruta dels Riuraus estem ficats en una associaci&oacute; que es diu Iter Vitis, que &eacute;s un itinerari cultural europeu que potencia el paisatge de la vinya; quedem tots els anys en la fira ja que els membres s&oacute;n d&#39;Andalusia, Rioja, Pa&iacute;s Basc i Gal&iacute;cia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: No queda la comarca com una agulla en un paller entre tanta oferta mundial?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: S&iacute;, per&ograve; el que fan altres comunitats aut&ograve;nomes &eacute;s com a molt mostrar les prov&iacute;ncies i visualment no veur&agrave;s els pobles. Una vegada que t&#39;acostes a la prov&iacute;ncia, s&iacute; que pots accedir a la informaci&oacute; m&eacute;s local, per&ograve; exteriorment el que fan els estands auton&ograve;mics &eacute;s comunicar la marca global auton&ograve;mica, encara que hi ha ajuntaments que aposten pel seu estand propi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Vost&egrave; &eacute;s el pare del Passaport dels Cellers de la Marina Alta, que es va presentar fa poc i que est&agrave; tenint bona acceptaci&oacute;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: S&iacute;. De fet, l&#39;altre dia em van cridar d&#39;algunes Oficines de Turisme perqu&egrave; port&eacute;s m&eacute;s passaports. La gent est&agrave; contenta, els cellerers tamb&eacute;, i jo tamb&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Com s&#39;ha plantejat este projecte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: &Eacute;s una publicaci&oacute; en la qual est&agrave; recollida tota l&#39;oferta d&rsquo;enoturisme de la comarca, que existeix, per&ograve; escampada. Est&agrave; en quatre idiomes i cada celler t&eacute; la seua oferta de visita i tast amb el seu preu. A mesura que vas visitant els cellers, et van encunyant el passaport. A final de l&#39;any, a les quinze persones que m&eacute;s cellers hagen visitat els regalarem un <em>pack<\/em> de tres vins. Hi ha un concurs de fotos en Instagram i el premi &eacute;s un menjar per a dues persones en el restaurant Mena. Ho poden recollir en les Oficines de Turisme de la comarca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: T&eacute; futur l&rsquo;enoturismo de la Marina Alta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Estic conven&ccedil;ut que la Marina Alta t&eacute; un gran potencial en enoturisme, perqu&egrave; va a m&eacute;s. Cada vegada hi ha m&eacute;s cellers. Crec que &eacute;s la combinaci&oacute; perfecta de la costa amb l&#39;interior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Alguns cellers de fora s&#39;han establert a la comarca, com Pepe Mendoza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: I tamb&eacute; Montesanco i un altre que obrir&agrave; a Benissa, que jo s&agrave;piga de moment. Ara com ara hi ha 24 cellers productors de vi de caracter&iacute;stica molt diferent, la qual cosa ho fa m&eacute;s atractiu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Quin tipus de gent est&agrave; interessada en esta mena de turisme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Hi ha estudis sobre el perfil de l&rsquo;enoturista i solen ser persones d&#39;entre 30 i 60 anys, que tenen inquietuds culturals per a con&egrave;ixer la zona no sols a nivell de sol i platja sin&oacute; que volen fer un pas m&eacute;s i con&egrave;ixer la cultura, la gastronomia, els productors, el vi&hellip;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Gaudir del paisatge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Exacte. I &eacute;s un turista molt interessant perqu&egrave;, segons alguns estudis, es gasta una mitjana de 200 euros al dia, que supera la despesa habitual. Quan visiten una zona, pernocten almenys dos dies, la qual cosa implica que es quedaran en un hotel, casa rural o apartament tur&iacute;stic. I &eacute;s un turisme que desestacionalitza, que &eacute;s el que interessa. De fet, els pitjors mesos per a visitar cellers s&oacute;n els d&#39;estiu, perqu&egrave; fa molta calor i ve de gust m&eacute;s ser a la platja. Per&ograve;, la resta de l&#39;any, fins i tot quan els ceps estan hibernant, tamb&eacute; s&oacute;n bonics de veure, i nom&eacute;s hi ha una manera per a continuar gaudint d&#39;aquest paisatge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Aix&ograve; de la desestacionalitzaci&oacute; segueix essent un repte. Creu que s&rsquo;ha avan&ccedil;at?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: S&#39;est&agrave; treballant en aix&ograve;, per&ograve; queda per fer. Turisme de congressos i incentius, turisme cultural i fins i tot l&#39;agroturisme poden ajudar a aix&ograve;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Durant uns anys vost&egrave; va organitzar unes activitats musicals en cellers. Continuaran?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Durant quatre anys vam fer els Capvespres de Vi i M&uacute;sica, que era m&uacute;sica en directe en diferents cellers de la comarca. Enguany alguna cosa farem tamb&eacute;. Vaig comen&ccedil;ar amb Pablo Camino, que era ent&eacute;s en m&uacute;sica i jo en els cellers, un bon t&agrave;ndem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Com va la Ruta dels Riuraus?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Ah&iacute; estem, he tingut alguna reuni&oacute; amb algun poble que es vol adherir. Estem promocionant l&#39;&uacute;ltima guia que publiquem de cicloturisme, que tamb&eacute; &eacute;s un altre turisme que desestacionalitza. Hi ha gent que es dedica a rec&oacute;rrer zones amb bicicleta. El cicloturisme &eacute;s un ciclisme relaxat, pausat i d&#39;observaci&oacute;. En Fitur he ensenyat la guia a ag&egrave;ncies de viatges que es dediquen al cicloturisme que els va resultar molt interessant perqu&egrave; hi ha una tem&agrave;tica comuna darrere. Tamb&eacute; a la Xarxa de Camins Naturals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Les institucions p&uacute;bliques col&middot;laboren en estos projectes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: S&iacute;. En el Passaport han col&middot;laborat la Ruta del Vi d&#39;Alacant i Alere Dolia, de l&rsquo;Auditori de Teulada Moraira. I la Ruta dels Riuraus &eacute;s una associaci&oacute; d&#39;ajuntaments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Una ampolla de vi o un producte gastron&ograve;mic, com el que hi ha a la seua botiga, &eacute;s una bona manera d&#39;emportar-se un record de la comarca. S&oacute;n com &lsquo;souvenirs moderns&rsquo;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Jo els dic regals gastron&ograve;mics. Per a la gent que vol emportar-se alguna cosa d&#39;aqu&iacute;, la botiga &eacute;s el lloc ideal. A vegades, quan me&rsquo;n vaig fora, busque botigues com la meua i no &eacute;s f&agrave;cil. On vages t&rsquo;aconselle provar les coses de la zona. I el mateix ocorre quan venen a la meua. Tenen inter&egrave;s a provar els vins de la comarca. Jo els explique, els done a provar vins i vermuts, i al mateix temps a la sala de tastos els conte coses de la comarca, parlem de les panses, del paisatge, de la hist&ograve;ria de D&eacute;nia i dels cellers. La gent se&rsquo;n va contenta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Potser faltaria algun souvenir relacionat amb la cultura i la hist&ograve;ria. Per exemple, un ninotet que represente a Muyahid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Si tinguera eixida, jo estic disposat a tot. Si alg&uacute; s&#39;anima a desenvolupar-ho, que compte amb mi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: El que s&iacute; que ha posat en marxa &eacute;s el joc de taula Trinling&uuml;is per a aprendre idiomes d&#39;una manera divertida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: El nom li&rsquo;l va posar el meu fill Luis. Vaig fer una maqueta i la vaig portar a casa per a testar-lo. Li ho vaig proposar a un fabricant i li va agradar. Ara, estic amb un projecte d&#39;un joc, tamb&eacute; amb cartes, per a descobrir les Denominacions d&#39;Origen de vi que hi ha a Espanya. La meua filla Carlota em renya perqu&egrave; nom&eacute;s faig jocs per a aprendre. A la botiga estem descobrint noves denominacions, una vegada al mes fem un tast que es diu 3+1, amb tres vins de fora i un d&#39;aqu&iacute;. A Espanya tenim 70 denominacions d&#39;origen i 150 varietats aut&ograve;ctones, per qu&egrave; quedar-nos amb les de sempre?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Molt personal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Per qu&egrave; se&rsquo;n va anar a viure a D&eacute;nia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Per amor. Vaig con&egrave;ixer a Arancha, la meua dona, i vaig decidir vindre a D&eacute;nia, comen&ccedil;ar un nou cam&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: I llavors va emparentar amb una fam&iacute;lia molt coneguda, els Merle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: I que jo ignorava que fos tan coneguda. Sempre he estiuejat a D&eacute;nia, per&ograve; de D&eacute;nia nom&eacute;s coneixia la urbanitzaci&oacute;, la piscina, la platja i poc m&eacute;s. &Eacute;s quan vinc a D&eacute;nia a viure quan m&#39;enamora la comarca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Quin atractiu li va veure a la Marina Alta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Potser esta combinaci&oacute; de mar i muntanya, la seua activitat cultural, la vida al carrer, les festes, la gent, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: I com ho porta amb Nicol&aacute;s Merle, el seu sogre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Una persona sensacional amb la qual compartisc gustos afins quant a hist&ograve;ria i cultura. Ara estic llegint &ldquo;L&rsquo;&uacute;ltim serf&rdquo;, de Maria Ibars, i parla dels Morand i li ho vaig comentar. Quan va escriure &ldquo;El Mut de Morand&rdquo; el vaig ajudar amb l&#39;arbre geneal&ograve;gic que apareix en el llibre, o en l&#39;organitzaci&oacute; de la trobada del 150 aniversari de la Casa Carbonell. A mi totes estes coses m&#39;agraden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Tenen un grup de bocairentins residents a D&eacute;nia. Quants s&oacute;n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Hi ha varis: David Vanyo, que &eacute;s el director de l&#39;Hospital San Carlos; Juan Antonio Palao, que tamb&eacute; treballa en sanitat, un altre senyor que est&agrave; jubilat&hellip; som uns sis. Quan falten poques setmanes per a les festes de Moros i Cristians de Bocairent, sempre quedem un dia amb la nostra manta tradicional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Ha estat capit&agrave; de la seua fil&agrave;, Ter&ccedil; de Suavos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Vaig ser en 2020. All&iacute; &eacute;s diferent. Hi ha nou filaes i cadascuna t&eacute; un capit&agrave;. &Eacute;s com si fos el Primer Tro. S&oacute;n molt diferents a les d&#39;aqu&iacute;. Bocairent &eacute;s l&#39;&uacute;nic poble on totes les seves filaes s&oacute;n centen&agrave;ries, de fet, la m&eacute;s jove t&eacute; 120 anys.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Fins i tot li van dedicar un pasdoble, que es diu &lsquo;Del Montcabrer al Montg&oacute;&rsquo;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>R: &Eacute;s de Fernando Cant&oacute; Salines, que &eacute;s amic de la quadrilla de Bocairent. &Eacute;s m&uacute;sic i professor de dol&ccedil;aina, Em va dir que volia regalar-me una pe&ccedil;a i em va preguntar si tenia alguna idea. Li vaig contestar que un pasdoble alegre, que no foren eixes marxes marcials i serioses. Una cosa alegre i divertida i va encertar. El t&iacute;tol &eacute;s emblem&agrave;tic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Dif&iacute;cil elecci&oacute;, el Montcabrer o el Montg&oacute;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: S&iacute;. De fet, all&iacute; es fa un acte de presentaci&oacute; de capitans i la noia que el va presentar el va explicar, que en festes faig el cam&iacute; invers, del Montg&oacute; al Montcabrer. A mi les muntanyes m&#39;agraden molt. Amb un amic d&#39;aqu&iacute; de D&eacute;nia, ell &eacute;s litu&agrave;, Antanas, vam fer el repte de pujar als 31 cims de la comarca que tinc documentats. Els vam pujar tots. Va ser molt bonic perqu&egrave; descobr&iacute;rem llocs on d&#39;una altra forma no hagu&eacute;rem anat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P: Li han temptat alguna vegada per a entrar en pol&iacute;tica?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R: Mai.
