Hay muchas razones importantes para que este sea el procedimiento habitual: el ejercitarse regularmente en las &acirc;sanas confiere al cuerpo humano salud y bienestar, lo trabaja y lo mima a la vez, desde cada uno de los m&uacute;sculos a todos los &oacute;rganos internos, el sistema nervioso, las gl&aacute;ndulas, etc. etc. El conjunto del organismo humano se siente tonificado, con m&aacute;s energ&iacute;a y vitalidad, funciona mejor, m&aacute;s eficientemente, y se gana una sensaci&oacute;n de liviandad como si uno se quitara a&ntilde;os de encima.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Adem&aacute;s, para aquellos que aspiran a profundizar m&aacute;s en el yoga, la pr&aacute;ctica continua, disciplinada, rigurosa de las &acirc;sanas durante un tiempo va templando el cuerpo y la mente, los va preparando, los va concentrando y volviendo aptos para que m&aacute;s adelante la persona pueda adentrarse en otros apartados que requieren cada vez de una mayor sutileza, una mayor precisi&oacute;n y, claro est&aacute;, una buena base previa estable.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;La teor&iacute;a y la pr&aacute;ctica del yoga estipulan que todo ser humano est&aacute; capacitado para alcanzar el estado de Yoga, pero que esto no se da normalmente debido a los obst&aacute;culos y los bloqueos varios que todas las personas, unas m&aacute;s que otras, tenemos tanto a nivel f&iacute;sico como a nivel mental. La pr&aacute;ctica regular de las &acirc;sanas y del pr&acirc;n&acirc;y&acirc;ma (ejercicios respiratorios), correctamente aprendidos de un buen profesor o profesora, elimina una gran parte de esos inconvenientes que est&aacute;n impidiendo que la persona disfrute de una mayor claridad mental y de un mayor bienestar en general.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Hoy en d&iacute;a una gran cantidad de personas acuden al yoga en nuestra sociedad cuando se encuentran mal a causa de alguna lesi&oacute;n o dolencia. Para esas personas las &acirc;sanas del yoga son una herramienta de enorme utilidad, una terapia que les va a ayudar a recuperar ese equilibrio perdido.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Y nada, absolutamente nada, en el yoga es superfluo ni decorativo. Todo, absolutamente todo, en el yoga tiene su finalidad, su porqu&eacute;, su raz&oacute;n de ser. El yoga es un m&eacute;todo milenario totalmente racional, totalmente comprobable, demostrable, emp&iacute;rico.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Sin embargo, me gusta ser claro: existe un gran problema para que la pr&aacute;ctica de las &acirc;sanas d&eacute; el resultado &oacute;ptimo y el alumno\/a comience a percibir las ventajas reales del yoga. Ese problema es que la persona ha de ejercitarse, ha de practicar. As&iacute; de simple. Mas as&iacute; de dif&iacute;cil para tantos de nosotros. Porque en palabras de TKV Desikachar: &quot;Siempre existir&aacute; una tendencia a comenzar la pr&aacute;ctica con entusiasmo y energ&iacute;a, un deseo de r&aacute;pidos resultados. Pero las persistentes limitaciones de la vida cotidiana y la enorme resistencia de la mente nos incitan a ceder a las debilidades humanas&quot;.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Y hemos de ser en cada una de nuestras pr&aacute;cticas siempre extremadamente atentos y cuidadosos. El cuerpo ir&aacute;, poco a poco, sin forzarlo ni obligarlo nunca, cediendo y torn&aacute;ndose m&aacute;s y m&aacute;s flexible y maleable a cada paso a base de constancia, de insistir calmada, relajadamente, una vez y otra vez y otra y otra, sin desfallecer ni intranquilizarse jam&aacute;s, pero sin tratar tampoco de acelerar nuestros progresos mediante el empleo de la fuerza bruta ni de los empellones de la impaciencia ni de ninguna otra de esas malas artes a las que estamos tan acostumbrados sin percatarnos de lo nocivas que son para nosotros mismos y para los dem&aacute;s. De lo contrario, todas las cosas se deterioran prematuramente, se rompen, y nuestro cuerpo, nuestro organismo, tambi&eacute;n, lo mismo, claro.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Escribi&oacute; el formidable sabio Pata&ntilde;jali en su inmortal obra los <em>Yoga-S&ucirc;tra<\/em>: &quot;La &acirc;sana debe tener una doble cualidad: la atenci&oacute;n y la relajaci&oacute;n&quot;.
