Ser&aacute; una jornada festiva que casar&aacute; cultura con gastronom&iacute;a, tradici&oacute;n con creatividad y juventud con experiencia. La fiesta de los arroces y el mar se celebrar&aacute; el domingo 22 de septiembre e incluir&aacute; talleres, una mesa redonda, una ruta de tapas, una paella popular y, como no, un concurso de arroz marinero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; El oto&ntilde;o aterriza en Els Magazinos con cultura y gastronom&iacute;a. Y lo hace con una jornada participativa y abierta al p&uacute;blico bajo el lema Viu l&rsquo;Arr&ograve;s Mariner. Recoge el relevo de las Jornadas de Arr&ograve;s Mariner, de las que ya se celebraron cuatro ediciones desde 2006, y tiene a Diana y Federico Cervera como impulsores. La iniciativa se enmarca dentro del proyecto Cuina de Territori, con la que Els Magazinos y Cerveza Turia pretenden recuperar y poner en valor las tradiciones de la Marina Alta a trav&eacute;s de los productos de temporada y los productores locales. En esta ocasi&oacute;n, el cartel es una creaci&oacute;n de Bonavista Taller, tras el que se encuentran las dise&ntilde;adoras castellonenses J&uacute;lia Badia y Gl&ograve;ria Esteve, con un estilo lleno de color, frescura y naturalidad mediterr&aacute;neas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Una de las citas destacadas de la jornada es el concurso para elegir la mejor receta del arroz que los pescadores cocinaban antiguamente para la tripulaci&oacute;n a bordo de las barcas. Podr&aacute;n participar en el concurso todas aquellas personas, cocineros o &lsquo;cocinillas&rsquo;, que sean grandes maestros arroceros en sus restaurantes, casas o barcas. Los interesados pueden presentarse hasta el 15 de septiembre enviando un e-mail a hola@elsmagazinos.com o un WhatsApp al tel&eacute;fono 609939607 con su receta de arr&ograve;s mariner para 10 personas, explicando c&oacute;mo realiza el fondo de pescado y qu&eacute; pescados de las lonjas de la comarca y arroz utiliza para su elaboraci&oacute;n. La organizaci&oacute;n elegir&aacute; a 8 finalistas que competir&aacute;n el domingo 22 de septiembre en Els Magazinos.<\/p>\n<p>Cada participante elaborar&aacute; una paella de 10 raciones, en una paella de 60 cm. de di&aacute;metro, y 1 kilo de arroz bomba, Denominaci&oacute;n de Origen Valencia, seg&uacute;n la receta presentada. La organizaci&oacute;n les facilitar&aacute; tanto la paella con el paellero y el tr&iacute;pode como el arroz; el resto de ingredientes correr&aacute;n a cargo del concursante y los pescados deben ser de lonjas de la Marina Alta. Las bases del concurso se pueden consultar en la web de Els Magazinos.<\/p>\n<p>El jurado del certamen se encargar&aacute; de puntuar el caldo, el sabor, el aspecto visual y el color, el punto del arroz, la elecci&oacute;n de productos o el socarrat. Este a&ntilde;o habr&aacute; tres premios: al mejor arroz marinero tradicional, que ser&aacute; de 400 euros; al mejor arroz marinero creativo, tambi&eacute;n de 400 euros; y un tercer premio, que recibir&aacute; 100 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Formar&aacute;n parte del jurado Edu Torres de Molino Roca; Juandi Noguera, pescador de Teulada-Moraira; Rafael Marg&oacute;s de El Paeller; Carmina Crespo Herv&aacute;s del Restaurante L&acute;Alter (Picassent, Valencia); Jos&eacute; Orihuel, productor y agricultor de arroz de Pego y presidente de la sectorial de arroz de Alicante; Pepe Vidal, experto en gastronom&iacute;a mediterr&aacute;nea y director del CdT de D&eacute;nia durante 25 a&ntilde;os; Alfons Padilla, redactor corresponsal en la Marina Alta del peri&oacute;dico Levante EMV y Josep Mart&iacute; de Cerveza Turia. Este concurso es posible gracias a Cerveza Turia y a la colaboraci&oacute;n de Hostelbe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El programa del domingo 22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; De 10.30 a 11.30 h.:<\/strong> Mesa redonda <strong>&ldquo;El arroz marinero, cultura del mar e historia de nuestra cocina&rdquo;<\/strong> en el Restaurante Les Cuinetes. Participar&aacute;n Edu Torres, cuarta generaci&oacute;n de la marca familiar de arroces Molino Roca; Marc Ros, patr&oacute;n de la barca Cap Prim Segon de X&agrave;bia; Francisco Ferr&aacute;ndiz &lsquo;Mariguinda&rsquo;, pescador de trasmallo de la Cofrad&iacute;a de D&eacute;nia y propietario del Bar Al Vermutet; Juandi Noguera, pescador de trasmallo de Teulada-Moraira; Rafael Marg&oacute;s del restaurante familiar Las Bairetas (Chiva, Valencia) y fundador de El Paeller; Carmina Crespo Herv&aacute;s del Restaurante L&rsquo;Alter (Picassent, Valencia), cuya paella ha sido recomendada por The New York Times como la mejor de Valencia; Jos&eacute; Orihuel, productor y agricultor de arroz de Pego y presidente de la sectorial de arroz de Alicante; y Javier Calvo, doctor en Historia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; De 11.30 a 14 h.: C&oacute;rner y talleres<\/strong> en la zona de paellas. Con Arroz D.O. Valencia de la variedad bomba proveniente de los campos de Pego; El Paeller, rinc&oacute;n con caldos y preparados de arroces; y Arroces Molino Roca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; De 12 a 14 h.:<\/strong> <strong>Paella popular<\/strong> realizada por El Paeller con su caldo de pescado hecho a le&ntilde;a y pescado del P&ograve;sit de D&eacute;nia.
