La feria &lsquo;Porc, Pebre i Pebre Roig&rsquo; reunir&aacute; en la Plaza de los Sabores a varias carnicer&iacute;as de la Marina Alta que elaboran embutidos de forma artesanal el domingo 3 de marzo. El programa incluye adem&aacute;s una charla, cal&ccedil;ots y tablas de queso con Cerveza Turia en los locales de la Calle de los Sabores.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda edici&oacute;n de la feria del embutido tradicional de La Marina, que cuenta con el apoyo de Cerveza Turia, llega a Els Magazinos bajo el lema Fem Poble, que a partir de ahora servir&aacute; de elemento de cohesi&oacute;n de todas las actuaciones organizadas con el fin de crear un mercado sostenible y de proximidad y promocionar la econom&iacute;a circular en la comarca. La cultura, la historia y la sostenibilidad son los pilares de este mercado, que promociona a agricultores, pescadores y productores y los productos de temporada. Pero sobre todo, Fem Poble es una manera de unificar a D&eacute;nia y su gente, de hacer comarca y de compartir el estilo de vida mediterr&aacute;neo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Els Magazinos ha vuelto a confiar en la artista valenciana &Aacute;frica Pitarch para el dise&ntilde;o del cartel de la feria, que reunir&aacute; a productos y productores. En los locales del mercado, los visitantes podr&aacute;n degustar una amplia oferta de embutidos, secos o a la brasa (tabla de embutidos + 2 cervezas Turia por 16 &euro;).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; En la plaza habr&aacute; embutidos a la brasa y cal&ccedil;otada con los cal&ccedil;ots cultivados por Vicent Mahiques, de Jes&uacute;s Pobre. Montr&aacute;n puestos de embutido Ca Paquitina de Ondara, Carnisseria Rabosa de Benimaurell, Ca Curro de Gata de Gorgos y Pedro Panxeta de Pedreguer, en horario de 11 a 14 y de 16 a 18 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Por la ma&ntilde;ana, de 10.30 a 11.30 h., se ha organizado una mesa redonda en la que se hablar&aacute; de los embutidos y de su historia. Participar&aacute;n el doctor en Historia Javier Calvo y los carniceros Paco P&eacute;rez de La Xara, Toni Arab&iacute; de Ca Curro (Gata de Gorgos), Francis Sancho de Ca Paquitina (Ondara), Pedro Panxeta (Pedreguer) o Sergi Soria de Carnisseria Rabosa (Benimaurell, Vall de Laguar).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calendario de ferias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A la Fira &lsquo;Porc, Pebre i Pebre Roig&rsquo; del 3 de marzo le seguir&aacute; la Feria de Olis de Diana, tambi&eacute;n el mismo mes.
