Entre ellos el mejor AOVE ecol&oacute;gico, que es nada m&aacute;s y nada menos que de Pedreguer. Durante toda la ma&ntilde;ana, desde las 10 horas y hasta las 16.30 h., el mercado gastron&oacute;mico se convertir&aacute; en el mejor escaparate de los aceites valencianos. All&iacute; se podr&aacute;n degustar y comprar y adem&aacute;s tambi&eacute;n ser&aacute; posible conocer algo m&aacute;s sobre su producci&oacute;n y cualidades de la mano de expertos y productores.<\/p>\n<p>La feria Olis de Di&agrave;nia reunir&aacute; los aceites de Tossut (Pedreguer), Octobris (La Canyada), Olivista (Planes), Castell de la Costurera (Balones), Oli de B&egrave;rnia (Benissa), Alfaoliva (Alfafara), Almassera de Millena ( Millena) y Oli de la Torre (La Torre de les Ma&ccedil;anes). Precisamente, el Tossut dels Pouets Cosecha Temprana es el Mejor AOVE ecol&oacute;gico de la Comunitat Valencian, un aceite elaborado en verde y de extracci&oacute;n en fr&iacute;o, con caracter&iacute;sticas &uacute;nicas de diferenciaci&oacute;n y calidad. La finca donde se encuentran los olivos est&aacute; ubicada en en la Muntanya Gran de Pedreguer y a 400 metros de altura. Cerca del mar y completamente aislada en un entorno forestal mediterr&aacute;neo, persigue conseguir un agroecosistema lo m&aacute;s sostenible posible con el objetivo de obtener una aceituna de excelente calidad. La empresa que lo elabora, Proenhec Consultoria Estrat&egrave;gica S.L, ha obtenido tambi&eacute;n el segundo premio en la categor&iacute;a de mejor AOVE ecol&oacute;gico con su Ver&iacute; Collita Primerenca by Tossut Agroecologia Sostenible, de la variedad alfafarenca.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los finalistas al mejor AOVE ecol&oacute;gico de la Comunitat Valenciana se encuentra tambi&eacute;n otros dos aceites que estar&aacute;n presentes en la feria de Els Magazinos: el Castell de la Costurera Ecol&oacute;gico. Coupage de variedades blanqueta, ma&ccedil;anella y picual, de&nbsp; Balones, y el Octobris Verde BIO. Variedad picual, de la Canyada.<\/p>\n<p>Otro aceite ecol&oacute;gico certificado por el CAECV de la provincia de Alicante, el Octobris Naranja BIO, de Aceites Monta&ntilde;a S.L., ha conseguido el primer premio en la categor&iacute;a de mejor condimento de aceite de oliva y se podr&aacute; degustar tambi&eacute;n en la feria. Esta categor&iacute;a, creada por primera vez en los premios ESAO para la campa&ntilde;a 2021 &#8211; 2022, pretende reconocer los mejores condimentos, aceites aromatizados o infusionados donde la base es aceite de oliva virgen o extra, puntuando la especial limpieza y autenticidad del aroma que reproduce cada condimento. En esta categor&iacute;a tienen cabida todo tipo de aceites, sean obtenidos mediante m&eacute;todos de producci&oacute;n ecol&oacute;gica, o convencional, por lo que cobra especial relevancia que el primer premio sea para un aceite ecol&oacute;gico certificado por el CAECV. Entre los finalistas en la categor&iacute;a estaba Oligarum Picante a la antigua elixir de vida de Oli de X&agrave;bia. La marca Oli de X&agrave;bia ha obtenido el primer premio en la categor&iacute;a internacional de Innovaci&oacute;n con el Oligarum Oro Elixir de Vida &quot;por su apuesta asociando con creatividad aove, salud y belleza&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>La feria Olis de Di&agrave;nia incluir&aacute; (11 horas) la presentaci&oacute;n del libro Dia&#768;nia paisatges costaners, del escritor Just Sell&eacute;s, y ofrecer&aacute; la posibilidad de catar cuatro aceites (Tossut &#8211; Costurera &#8211; Millena &#8211; Oli de la Torre) acompa&ntilde;ados de cocas con sal y maridada con Cerveza Turia y Cerveza Inedit. Tambi&eacute;n se podr&aacute; asistir a la charla del cocinero Kristian Lutaud (12.30 h.) sobre el aceite de oliva en la gastronom&iacute;a mediterr&aacute;nea, las infusiones y las maceraci&oacute;n de productos con AOVEy participar en la cata de otros cuatro aceites (Octobris, Alfaoliva, Bernia y Planes) acompa&ntilde;ados con cocas con sal y maridada con Cerveza Turia y Cerveza Inedit. La feria se cerrar&aacute; con una mesa redonda (16.30 h.) con los 8 productores de Olis de Di&agrave;nia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A lo largo de la jornada se podr&aacute;n degustar platos elaborados con AOVE de Di&agrave;nia en varios locales de Els Magazinos(Ostrarium: tomate Raff con ventresca de at&uacute;n, anchoa mariposa del Cant&aacute;brico, salazones del Mediterr&aacute;neo, sal del Himalaya y AOVE Di&agrave;nia &#8211; pulpo seco de la Marina con AOVE de Di&agrave;nia; Santa Pasta: spaghetti aglio, olio e pepperoncino AOVE Di&agrave;nia -tagliatelle aglio olio e gamberi AOVE Di&agrave;nia; Dexcaro: pulpo seco con aceite de oliva Tossut de Pedreguer, ma&iacute;z crujiente tex mex y cilantro; Les Monges de Els Magazinos: pulpo a la plancha sobre crema de patata y cebolla tierna con AOVE Di&agrave;nia; La Lola: cucurucho de fritura con boquerones, salmonetes, caz&oacute;n y chopitos con AOVE Di&agrave;nia; Patagonia: entra&ntilde;a grillada con salsa Gremoata, ralladura de lim&oacute;n, hierbas, ajos, pimienta y AOVE Di&agrave;nia; La Pinchoteca: pulpo a la gallega ali&ntilde;ado con piment&oacute;n rojo y AOVE Di&agrave;nia; A la Fresca: alcachofa a la brasa AOVE Di&agrave;nia &#8211; &nbsp;Pan con chocolate y oli de olivas de Di&agrave;nia; The Speak: taco de pulpo Speak.
