I, per a filar encara m&eacute;s prim, hi ha qui li ha fet un volt de rosca i ha convertit aquesta menja en unes postres en forma de past&iacute;s. Original, no? L&#39;autora d&#39;aquest dol&ccedil; no &eacute;s una persona qualsevol sin&oacute; les mans expertes de Julia Munuera, una dona resident a Benissa que triomfa en el seu canal de youtube. &ldquo;Es tracta d&#39;una recepta ben senzilla amb la fruita estrela de la temporada. Perqu&egrave; a l&#39;estiu, toca mel&oacute; d&#39;Alger, i de la bona&rdquo;, comenta Munuera.<\/p>\n<p>Assegura que la recepta &eacute;s f&agrave;cil de fer i t&eacute; tres parts ben diferenciades. La primera &eacute;s la base, que no &eacute;s m&eacute;s que una planxa de bescuit tradicional, feta amb 4 ous, 120 grams de sucre, una cucharadita d&#39;ess&egrave;ncia de vainilla, 120 grams de farina i, com a peculiaritat, colorant verd. La segona &eacute;s el farciment, amb 500 mil&middot;lilitres de nata per a muntar &ndash;molt freda-, 200grs. de formatge d&#39;untar, un sobre de gelatina de mel&oacute; d&#39;Alger, 100 mil&middot;ligrams de mel&oacute; d&#39;Alger triturat i bugada, dues cullerades soperes de sucre i colorant roig.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Triturem el mel&oacute; d&#39;Alger, la posem en un cass&oacute; a calfar i, abans que bulla, li tirem un sobre de gelatina, el removem i el deixem refredar&rdquo;, ens compta. No queda m&eacute;s que muntar la nata i, quan la gelatina estiga temperada, la batem amb el formatge. Despr&eacute;s cal agregar una miqueta de colorant roig i la nata &ldquo;amb moviments envolupants, ho tirem al motle i al fred&rdquo;, afig la pastissera.<\/p>\n<p>La tercera i &uacute;ltima fase &eacute;s la cobertura final. Cal posar 250 mil&middot;lilitres de llet a calfar i un altre sobre de gelatina i remoure fins que es dissolga. Despr&eacute;s s&#39;afig la resta de llet i el colorant roig. &ldquo;Una vegada temperat no queda m&eacute;s&rdquo;, subratlla Munuera, &ldquo;que abocar-ho en el past&iacute;s i la posem en el frigor&iacute;fic perqu&egrave; qualle&rdquo;. Nom&eacute;s queda decorar amb les llavors de xocolate, que simulen les del mel&oacute; d&#39;Alger.<\/p>\n<p>T&#39;atreveixes a fer-la?
