{"id":43147,"date":"2024-10-03T13:40:41","date_gmt":"2024-10-03T11:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canfali.com\/682\/"},"modified":"2025-02-25T11:50:00","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T10:50:00","slug":"682","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canfali.com\/ca-es\/682\/","title":{"rendered":"Les XV Jornades Gastron\u00f2miques de l\u2019arr\u00f2s bomba i bomb\u00f3 de Pego consoliden els dos caps de setmana com a reclam de cara a la clientela externa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Regidoria de Promoci&oacute; Econ&ograve;mica i Creama i catorze establiments hostalers de Pego encaren la XV edici&oacute; de les Jornades Gastron&ograve;miques de l&rsquo;arr&ograve;s bomba i bomb&oacute; del municipi com un nou repte per tornar a posar tots els recursos de la cuina pegolina al servei de la potencial clientela del 19 al 27 d&rsquo;octubre amb el cereal que les dona nom com a producte estrela.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;esdeveniment ha estat presentat per responsable de l&rsquo;&agrave;rea, Ra&uacute;l Tamarit, junt amb la T&egrave;cnica de Desenvolupament Local, Alicia Carbonell, i els gerents i xefs dels restaurants com Rafel, l&rsquo;Om, Tot cuina i el Moss, per a confirmar l&rsquo;aposta de consolidar l&rsquo;esdeveniment durant dos caps de setmana de cara a captar el client extern al que tracten de motivar amb l&rsquo;oportuna campanya promocional.<\/p>\n<p>Campanya que, segons han incidit, tant el regidor com la t&egrave;cnica, en les &uacute;ltimes edicions ha anat agafant un &agrave;mbit creixent amb una imatge d&rsquo;unitat que ha convertit a la mostra en una refer&egrave;ncia gastron&ograve;mica no tan sols de la Marina Alta sin&oacute; al llarg i ample de la geografia valenciana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tamarit ha insistit en la conveni&egrave;ncia per als potencials clients de tramitar l&rsquo;oportuna reserva a la vista de l&rsquo;oferta i preu dels establiments Zorrilla, Daniel, Menjars de la terreta, Rafel, el Moss, l&rsquo;Om, Llit i taula, Tot cuina, El baret de Ximo i Xarito, El Casino, Aranbea, La placeta, Ca Briones, Chacarita, que quedar&agrave; detallada a la pertinent graella. Din&agrave;mica que ha justificat amb la finalitat de que cadascun d&rsquo;ells puga fer les adequades previsions per tal d&rsquo;atendre com requereix aquest tipus de iniciativa promocional que t&eacute; com a objectiu &nbsp;donar-li un valor afegit a l&rsquo;arr&ograve;s cultivat a la marjal com a producte aut&ograve;cton i diferencial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;Menjar arr&ograve;s a Pego comporta disfrutar del poble i de la companyia, per aix&ograve; es recomana fer-ho sense pressa a l&rsquo;hora d&rsquo;encarar una experi&egrave;ncia gastron&ograve;mica per tal de que resulte inoblidable&rdquo; ha advertit per a justificar l&rsquo;organitzaci&oacute; de l&rsquo;esdeveniment dos vegades a l&rsquo;any com una forma &ograve;ptima de refor&ccedil;ar el teixit econ&ograve;mic del municipi per les repercussions colaterals positives que tenen les jornades en altres sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CATORZE ESTABLIMENTS COMMEMOREN LA XV EDICI&Oacute; AMB DIFERENTS PROPOSTES DE CUINA<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Aix&iacute; mateix, la t&egrave;cnica ha agra&iuml;t la implicaci&oacute; dels establiments participants per haver arribat a aquesta quinzena edici&oacute; amb la motivaci&oacute; adequada per a aprofundir en una iniciativa que compta amb el recolzament de la Conselleria de Agricultura, Ramaderia i Pesca per tal d&rsquo;augmentar el consum del producte de proximitat. Aquesta premissa, segons significa, ha fet coincidir a l&rsquo;organitzaci&oacute; i als participants amb la utilitzaci&oacute; d&rsquo;altres productes de quil&ograve;metre zero com la carabassa, la mel o el moniato a l&rsquo;hora d&rsquo;elaborar els postres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; En prova d&rsquo;aix&ograve; han cedit el protagonisme als restauradors per a que explicaren les creacions culin&agrave;ries que tractaran de exposar al llarg de les deu jornades que compten amb un davantal i un cullerot de fusta com a detall per ala participants i la clientela. Aix&iacute;, Rafael Frau ha confirmat l&rsquo;arr&ograve;s de pato amb bolets i castanyes com a plat m&eacute;s significatiu del men&uacute; del Rafel, mentre Marcos Gonz&aacute;lez optava per barrejar el cl&agrave;ssic arr&ograve;s a banda amb el de pollastre i alls tendres al Moss, i Salvador Ferrer de l&rsquo;Om i Pascu Vicens s&rsquo;inclinaven respectivament per noves experi&egrave;ncies com un arr&ograve;s a banda amb &ldquo;tu&egrave;tano&rdquo; lacat a brasa o un rissotto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BONOS CONSUM QUE INCLOUEN L&rsquo;HOSTALERIA<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La compareixen&ccedil;a ha aprofitat per a presentar la nova campanya de Bons Consum que es posa en marxa aquest octubre per a fomenta les compres en el comer&ccedil; local i que contempla com a novetat la participaci&oacute; del sector hostaler pegol&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Gestionada pel departament de Promoci&oacute; Econ&ograve;mica i Creama amb la col&middot;laboraci&oacute; de la Uni&oacute; Gremial, la iniciativa t&eacute; previst funcionar a trav&eacute;s de targetes moneder de Caixa Popular que en aquesta ocasi&oacute; eleven la seua quantia a 150 euros, dels quals la mitat &eacute;s aportat per l&rsquo;usuari i la resta per la Diputaci&oacute; d&rsquo;Alacant que amb 155.824 finan&ccedil;a una proposta dins dels par&agrave;metres d&rsquo;estar dirigida a qualsevol persona, major de 18 anys que sol&middot;licite el Bo Consum mitjan&ccedil;ant reserva pr&egrave;via en la web: bonsconsumpego.es, la qual s&rsquo;habilitar&agrave; els pr&ograve;xims dies per a que es personen en l&rsquo;aula de Creama en la pla&ccedil;a del Mercat, segons indique el respectiu torn, del 16 al 31 d&rsquo;octubre.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix&ograve;, segons han apunta, s&rsquo;ha at&egrave;s a la condici&oacute; de col&middot;lectiu sensible de les persones majors de 65 anys per a que tinguen la possibilitat d&rsquo;acudir a les depend&egrave;ncies de Creama per a poder realitzar la gesti&oacute; els dies 14 i 15 d&rsquo;octubre.<\/p>\n<p>Tant el regidor com la t&egrave;cnica amb subratllat que la convocat&ograve;ria est&agrave; oberta a qualsevol persona en l&rsquo;edat establerta, indistintament de si es troba empadronada al municipi o no, ja que, segons apunten &ldquo;el que interessa es que els 155.824 euros de subvenci&oacute; de la Diputaci&oacute; revertisquen en el teixit econ&ograve;mic local de proximitat, en el que per primera vegada hem intentar incloure al sector hostaler&rdquo;. Amb aix&ograve;. han remarcat que, segons les bases de la convocat&ograve;ria, han quedat excloses les franqu&iacute;cies, grans superficies i comer&ccedil;os que no tenen la TPV.<\/p>\n<p>En eixa din&agrave;mica, han informat que en els pr&ograve;xims dies des del departament de Creama es procedir&agrave; a ratificar una a una les empreses adherides al Bono Consum a fi de publicar la llista de totes elles pr&egrave;viament a que els usuaris facen &uacute;s d de la targeta de l&rsquo;1 i al 30 de novembre<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSABILITAT SOCIAL I SOSTENIBILITAT<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durant la roda de premsa tamb&eacute; s&rsquo;ha fet p&uacute;blica la la segona jornada sobre responsabilitat social corporativa i sostenibilitat en pimes amb &ldquo;L&rsquo;empresa com a agent de canvi&rdquo; com a motiu. En concret, l&rsquo;activitat comptar&agrave; amb empreses i emprenedores tant de la comarca com del municipi entre les que es troba Vigar de Gata de Gorgos per a presentar&agrave; el seu projecte de reciclatge de residus marins<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Barriendo mares&rdquo; i les pol&iacute;tiques de RSC de l&rsquo;empresa; Faempal Pego, per a explicar l&rsquo;adaptaci&oacute; d&rsquo;este fabricant de palets en mat&egrave;ria de conciliaci&oacute; i sostenibilitat en el<\/p>\n<p>relleu generacional; El Raconet de la Potingues de Pego, que donar&agrave; detall de l&rsquo;esdeveniment &lsquo;bad Girls Night&rsquo; que promou la igualtat donant visibilitat a dones de<\/p>\n<p>Pego importants en el seu sector laboral&rdquo;. Tot aix&ograve;, segons Carbonell, a banda de la presentaci&oacute; dels v&iacute;deos promocionals de la campanya promocional &ldquo;Sempre al teu<\/p>\n<p>costat.
